Get status of a provision record

This endpoint allows users to retrieve the current status of a specific Quick AI model within the system. The recordId can be found in the response of the POST /provisions call. When a new provision is created via the POST /provisions endpoint with the "bulktag" parameter set to true, the response includes a recordId. This recordId can then be used with this endpoint to check the status of the bulktagging operation.
